Damage categories:
Warranty cases: Free repair in the event of material or workmanship defects. Full assumption of all costs including scaffolding and materials.
Warranty: In the event of damage within the first two years, we will examine all the circumstances and find a solution together.
Service repairs: We process damage caused by external influences at fair conditions with preferential scheduling.
Preventive measures: Regular inspections help to detect damage at an early stage and initiate cost-effective preventive measures.
