Training budget for your development
Our salaries are well above the industry average. In addition to your basic salary, you will receive regular performance bonuses for successful projects and an annual profit share in the company's success. There are attractive daily allowances for international projects. Very good pay plus profit-sharing
You receive significantly more vacation days than required by law - for real relaxation and work-life balance. We also grant paid special days for special occasions such as weddings, relocations or family events. Bridging days are generously approved. The time between the years is traditionally free. Travel time is not deducted from vacation for international projects. Vacation planning is fair and team-oriented. Vacation days can be carried over into the following year. As a project manager at COATER, you will be responsible for complex coating projects from the initial customer inquiry through to successful project acceptance. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, monitor budgets and deadlines and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards. You will work closely with demanding customers and develop customized solutions for unique challenges.
Your tasks:
- Holistic project management from acquisition to acceptance
- Coordination of teams and external service providers
- Budget planning and resource management for major projects
- Quality assurance and compliance with project standards
- Intensive customer communication and stakeholder management
- Scheduling and monitoring of critical project milestones
- Risk analysis and development of preventive solution strategies
- Post-calculation and continuous process optimization
Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in project management of technical projects
- Sound knowledge of surface technologies and coating processes
- Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Project and ERP systems
- Negotiating skills and strong customer orientation
- Willingness to travel for international customer appointments
