Our control levels:
Incoming goods inspection: All materials are tested before use. Viscosity, pigment distribution, storage conditions - only flawless materials are used.
Surface preparation: Roughness measurements, cleanliness testing according to Sa standards, moisture measurements. The basis must be perfect for perfect results.
Application control: Continuous monitoring of layer thickness, temperature, humidity and drying times. Each layer is documented.
Intermediate examinations: Adhesion tests, porosity test, visual inspection between the coating layers.
Final inspection: Comprehensive testing after project completion: coating thickness measurement, adhesion strength, salt spray test preparation, color measurement, gloss measurement.
Long-term monitoring: For critical projects, we offer regular follow-up checks to monitor long-term performance.
Documentation: Complete test reports, photo documentation, measured values and certificates for your records and any audits. Transparency creates trust.
